When Nissan Brazil's workers brought their kids to work for Children's Day, the company decided to give the kids a taste of what it's like to work in an automotive design studio, providing them with a unique creative opportunity. The workers' children were asked to draw up their visions of an "Automobile of the Future" and then the facility's design team turned the winning pieces into professional design studio sketches.
