What's New for the 2022 Nissan Pathfinder?
The Nissan Pathfinder gets some notable changes in 2022. For the latest model year, the Nissan Pathfinder adds some new and impressive tech features, particularly the new heads-up display and a 12.3-inch digital dashboard that is fully customizable to your liking. A higher-grade sound system is now standard, which is a 13-speaker Bose audio system. Performance credentials also upgrade for the 2022 Nissan Pathfinder, which now comes with a nine-speed transmission. For the first time, captain's chairs will be available on the Nissan Pathfinder in 2022 to add more space in the cabin. 2022 Pathfinder Comes With an Amazing Array of Features
There are four trim levels available for the Nissan Pathfinder in 2022. The lineup begins with the S, followed by the SV, SL, and Platinum. There are two special packages available for the SV and SL trim levels, called the SV Premium and the SL Premium. All four trims are offered with either two-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. An eight-inch infotainment screen and seven-inch digital instrument cluster come with the base trim level of the Nissan Pathfinder, while you have the option of upgrading to the new 12.3-inch display on select trim levels. The base trim has seating for eight, but you can get captain's chairs now for the higher-end trim levels.
Raw Power and Stellar Performance
In 2022, the Nissan Pathfinder has an impressive tow rating of 6,000 pounds if you get the towing package standard with the Platinum trim and offered for the SV and SL trims. Otherwise, the Nissan Pathfinder has a tow rating of 3,500 pounds. You can get through just about any element and road condition with the 2022 Nissan Pathfinder, which now has seven different drive and terrain mode settings, including sand, mud, and snow. This year, there is a new nine-speed automatic transmission for the Nissan Pathfinder, which has the same engine as before, capable of delivering 284 HP.
