Nissan has taken new steps to help deter drowsy driving through the development of their "Driver Attention Alert" system. Available on the 2015 Nissan Murano and soon-to-be-released 2016 Nissan Maxima, the program uses audible and visual signals to warn drivers when it's in their best interests to pullover and take a break, preventing possible collisions.

Become acquainted with some of the top improv troupes in the country by participating in this year's 14th Annual Phoenix Improv Festival! Held April 16-18 at Herberger Theater, this three-day event gives improv troupes from throughout the U.S. the chance to show off their comedic chops in front of a grand audience, including their peers. Nissan is celebrating the 45th anniversary of the original Skyline GT-R by releasing a 2016 GT-R Gold Edition. Based on the GT-R's Premium trim, the model will sport an all gold exterior paint job, giving it a unique look, and be released in limited quantities. The U.S. market is currently expected to receive less than 30 versions of the car, so don't wait to get yours.

We are sad to report that Nissan's beloved SUV, the Xterra, will officially be removed from the U.S. market following the 2015 model year. A valued member of the Nissan family since it was introduced in 1999, the Xterra was once the leading compact SUV in the automaker's lineup, but has since taken a backseat to newer SUVs, such as the Nissan Rogue.
