Opportunity 4 Kids

Located in Scottsdale, AZ, Opportunity 4 Kids is an organization that provides affordable recreational options for children in the local metro area. Established by two brothers with a passion for sports and fitness, this group believes that impoverished and underprivileged youth should have proper access to various after-school activities. Using donations and other funds, the entity pays for extracurricular programs that are designed for eligible kids. For example, enrolled children have the opportunity to participate in sports leagues and instructional sessions without worrying about expensive costs. First and foremost, the kids should have fun at these after-school activities. Financial hardships should not prevent families from sending their precious children to local recreational facilities. Uniforms, equipment, and other fees are fully covered by this generous organization in the heart of Arizona's largest metro area.

Opportunity 4 Kids also promotes the mental and social health of its valued participants. Children K-12 are encouraged to form new friendships with fellow peers across the entire state of Arizona. Such connections could also lead to other educational and professional opportunities soon. Additionally, the coaches and other staff members serve as mentors to the youth. The organization offers the Roseanne Van Norman Scholarship, created in honor of the founders' mother. Mrs. Van Norman was a schoolteacher for three decades, and her passion for kids lives on thanks to this outstanding scholarship.
