2017 Nissan Juke Changes

Juke returns for the new model year with an exclusive limited-production Black Pearl Edition! The new model is another inspiration from the Juke Color Studio, which also spawned last year's Black and Yellow Stinger Editions. Aside from the new Black Pearl, more features are now standard this year.

Juke remains a top choice among crossover SUVs, offering a "fun, sporty and affordable" option that KBB.com's 2017 Nissan Juke review calls appealing. Learn more about features and engine specs below!

Juke Trim Levels & Equipment

The 2017 Nissan Juke is on sale in the Phoenix area with available S, SV, SL, NISMO and NISMO RS trim levels. Notable standard features include Bluetooth Hands-Free Phone and Audio Streaming, hands-free text messaging and a rearview camera. For even more features, you don't have to move too far up the trim ladder. Just a notch above the S, the Juke SV offers premium amenities like satellite radio, a power moonroof, heated front seats, leather-wrapped steering, and an Integrated Control System with three driving modes (Eco, Normal and Sport).

Limited quantities of the Nissan Juke Black Pearl Edition are also available in the Valley and are based on the Juke SV; however, they're distinguished by a Super Black paint job, white exterior accents, black painted wheels, and a black and white interior treatment.

Juke Horsepower, Torque & MPG

Test drive a 2017 Nissan Juke in Scottsdale to see why Edmunds.com calls the SUV's performance lively. The standard engine is a turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder that generates 188 horsepower and 177 pound-feet of torque. NISMO and NISMO RS models take it up a notch with a tweaked version of the engine that pumps out 211 hp and 184 lb-ft of torque. CVT automatic and six-speed manual transmissions are available depending on the engine you choose. FWD and AWD are both available as well.

Driving a 2017 Nissan Juke in the Phoenix area is also a bonus due to the SUV's excellent fuel economy. With a front-wheel drive, CVT-equipped model, you'll get an EPA-estimated 28 city/32 highway mpg. Other configurations yield similar estimates.

Putting Safety First

The Nissan Juke offers a long list of safety features, ranging from basics like the Nissan Advanced Airbag System and LATCH to more advanced systems like an Around View Monitor and Tire Pressure Monitoring. The SUV is also built with zone body construction that features front and rear crumple zones to help protect passengers in the event of an accident.
