The updated LEAF features a refined and sporty design with a silhouette that echoes a modern crossover. It includes efficiency-boosting elements like an active grille shutter, sleek door handles, and a flowing roofline. These enhancements contribute to a low drag coefficient, helping the vehicle perform as efficiently as some sports cars. Up front, the LEAF gets a bold refresh with slim LED headlights and a reimagined V-Motion grille.
With an expected range of over 300 miles, the upcoming LEAF will offer greater flexibility for everyday use and longer drives. The improved charging system is designed to reduce wait times, making it easier to stay on the go.
The third-generation LEAF is set to include several thoughtful upgrades. A panoramic sunroof with adjustable dimming and heat-reducing technology adds comfort and control. An infrared-reflective coating on the roof helps minimize heat buildup inside the cabin. The flat floor layout increases passenger space, and the updated infotainment system now supports wireless smartphone integration.
