Nissan Future

With improvements to some of its most popular vehicles and introducing an all-new electric vehicle, Nissan has notable changes in store for the future. Now customers have the option to get new vehicles from Nissan, such as the Ariya, which is an electric crossover that offers cutting-edge technology and an exceptionally sleek design. The Ariya is the first of its kind and a first for the automaker. Improvements are also in store for some of Nissan's other popular vehicles, including an all-new Z Proto, its Frontier truck, Pathfinder SUV, and the electric Leaf sedan.

  Nissan's New Era

Nissan's New Cars

Nissan is modifying its lineup to be more competitive in the electric cars category and bring more competition to the SUV and truck market.

Nissan Z Proto Sports Car

With the classic short deck, long hood sports car proportions, Z Proto will feature enhanced classic Z styling elements. Although its design will be modern, you'll immediately recognize it as the Nissan Z. The Nissan Z Proto is expected to get its power from a twin-turbo V6 engine delivering 400 HP and mated with a 6-speed manual transmission.

Frontier

The Frontier is one of Nissan's most popular pickup trucks. The Frontier is a midsize truck that has impressive towing capabilities. For the 2022 model year, the Nissan Frontier has updates inside and out. A new trim level joins the Nissan Frontier lineup for 2022, which is the off-road-ready Pro-4X. The Frontier has some updates to its technology across the trim lineup as well. An eight-inch touchscreen interface is now standard on the Frontier, and you can upgrade to a dual-screen infotainment system as well. Zero Gravity seats are standard for a comfortable ride, and the Frontier has more standard safety aids.

Ariya

Drivers looking for a vehicle with electric power have a new option from Nissan called the Ariya. Five people can ride comfortably in the Ariya, which has a sleek and sophisticated exterior design. Its cabin has a minimalist but sophisticated design featuring clean lines and Nissan's newest technology. Semi-autonomous driving technology is included in the Ariya, and it comes standard with Safety Shield 360 advanced safety aids. Even more advanced safety technology is available with the ProPilot 2.0 package. The Ariya gives drivers the option of either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.

Pathfinder

Although the Pathfinder is not a new vehicle from Nissan, it has some noteworthy changes for the upcoming model year. A fresh new look is the first thing you'll notice about the Pathfinder, which is now offered with a broader range of paint colors. The 2022 Pathfinder has a standard nine-inch touchscreen interface with the option of getting a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen. For the 2022 model year, Pathfinder switches from its previous continuously variable automatic transmission to a nine-speed transmission. It also has standard advanced safety technology through the Safety Shield 360 package.
