During the month of October, Pinnacle Nissan held their Drive for a Cure event in order to raise funds for Susan G. Komen Central & Northern Arizona, and we're happy to announce it was a huge success! We held up our end of the bargain and donated $100 for every car sold throughout the duration of the event, and in the end, made a $25,000 contribution to the non-profit organization. We could not have done it without the help of our customers and we would like to thank everyone who purchased a vehicle from our dealership in October, which made this possible!
At Pinnacle Nissan, we couldn't think of a better way to recognize Breast Cancer Awareness month than by holding an event to raise money for an organization dedicated to the fight against the disease. Susan G. Komen is a worldwide organization known for its efforts to help to end breast cancer and our local chapter, Susan G. Komen Central and Northern Arizona, is just one of 114 affiliates around the globe. From funding treatment programs and providing breast health education to advocating breast cancer screenings and serving as a resource for individuals affected by the disease, the local chapter carries out various initiatives in order to assist in the race for a cure.
