The 2014 Nissan Altima, one of the best-selling cars in America, just added another award to its trophy shelf thanks to online car shopping company Cars.com. The respected automotive website recently held their annual survey, where they evaluate the market's newly released midsize cars, and out of all the prospects, the 2014 Altima took the top spot and was named "Most Affordable Midsize Sedan." The 2014 Hyundai Sonata and Toyota Camry came in at a close second and third, but in the end, they could not compete with the Altima, which features excellent fuel economy and innovative amenities.
"The 2014 Nissan Altima is equipped with an abundance of features that meet the growing expectations of our consumers, while still remaining a cost-effective vehicle to own," said Fred Diaz, senior vice president, Nissan Sales & Marketing and Operations. "Year-over-year sales growth and an expanding list of accolades like this recognition from Cars.com demonstrate why Altima continues to be a leader in the midsize segment."
Cars.com took into account a variety of features when conducting their midsize sedan survey. Each car had to come equipped with an automatic transmission, backup camera, power driver's seat, Bluetooth, cruise control, power windows and a USB connection, to be considered for the "Most Affordable Midsize Sedan" title. They also had to have a great estimated five-year fuel cost and be reasonably priced. The 2014 Nissan Altima S met each of these needs and offers a display audio package, which positioned it above the rest. Come down to Pinnacle Nissan to test-drive the award-winning model and we'll help you purchase your very own!
