The power behind the Nissan GT-R is not be questioned; if you've had any personal doubts about its abilities, now would be a good time to rethink them. Why, you ask? Well, let's just say that the GT-R is a lot faster than some of your favorite racecars. In fact, it was recently driven in the Blanc Pain Endurance series by Nissan NISMO racer Al Buncombe and it flew past 17 cars during the first lap alone! Among those 17 cars included heavyweights from Aston, Porsche, Mercedes, Lamborghini and BMW, proving Nissan is a force to be reckoned with both on and off the track.

Captured on tape by a camera in Buncombe's GT-R, you can see the race, and the 17-car feat, play out in its entirety. Beginning 32nd out of 44 cars, the GT-R can be seen passing a stunning eight cars in just 20 seconds, and then five more by the time the 40-second mark hits. Buncombe continues leaving cars in his dust as he approaches the end of the first lap and quickly flies fast the 17th car before starting lap number two.
