Walter Dolan - Boston's Gift to Pinnacle Customers

With over 33 years experience in the automobile industry, Walter Dolan knows the business and he knows it well. Walter has been a valued employee at Pinnacle Nissan for the past 13 years and is currently a fully Certified Sales and Leasing Consultant who strives to give his customer an enjoyable experience time and time again.

Walter has enjoyed much success here at Pinnacle Nissan and has been awarded Bronze, Silver and Gold Performance Level Awards with Nissan over the past 8 years. He currently holds the 2010 Platinum Level Award for Customer Sales & Satisfaction.

Walter is originally from the Boston area and has been married to his lovely wife Anne Marie for 47 wonderful years. The happy couple has 2 children, a son and a daughter. He also has 4 fantastic grandchildren, 3 boys and a girl ranging from 4 to 20 years old. In his free time Walter is an avid NASCAR enthusiast who once built and raced cars. He also enjoys football, Duckpin and Ten-pin bowling.

Eric Steffes - Energy, Enthusiasm & Eager to Serve

Eric Steffes was born and raised in Braham, Minnesota. Not a surprise. Eric is a guy with a small town work ethic and it

serves him and his customers very well. Braham was only about 1200 people. Eric moved there with his family in 1995. It was there that he started in the telephone - long distance business in May of 1999. Eric got good enough, that he was selected to do the training. He worked in a classroom with 35 people every two weeks - teaching them how to sell long distance services over the phone. Eric won many awards with that company. He was the first person to be entered into MCI's Hall of Fame.

Eric always has fun in his work. Always smiling, Eric claims that attitude is everything. He started in the car business in Aug of 2003. Originally working at Courtesy Chevrolet, he was a Business Development Center rep. He answered the phones and impressed everyone, not only with his phone skills, but also with immense product knowledge and great customer service. There, he also made plenty of outbound calls to random lists. Eric became the top BDC rep and held that distinction for over a year. He was promoted to BDC Director at Courtesy. Then, he started to train BDC reps on the phone using the same skills he learned from MCI.

Eric since has learned that telephone skill and internet sales go hand in hand. He saw a huge opportunity in Internet sales and was transferred. He began his actual car sales career in December 2005. In his first month face-to-face with customers, Eric sold 18 cars. He has never sold less than 8 in any given month since then. That small town ethic shows through to his regard for happy customers and he has always had perfect Customer Service Index scores. Eric's customers love him. He's worked for Toyota, GM, and now Nissan. Since coming to Pinnacle, Eric has been an absolutely essential ingredient in the incredible progress our store has been making in its comeback. In February, Eric sold 20 cars for us here at Pinnacle. We love having him here. He makes Pinnacle Nissan a better place. Long term, Eric's goal is to become an Internet Director. No one who has worked with him here doubts that he will achieve this goal. For Eric Steffes, the sky is the limit.
