Make me feel at home, relaxed atmosphere VERY VERY helpful with my 3 year old son he loved the balloons and popcorn. Very personable staff and professional. I own a Frontier and have owned sentras in the past - I am Nissan!

Doug Barsell is the best...he consistently goes out of his way, and can find ways to "squeeze us in" to accommodate our schedules. We always ask for him, and he always steps up to the plate.

Service was wonderful, quick, efficient and friendly. I had my son and granddaughter with us and one of the front desk women brought over a little red Nissan toy car for Bella to play with and she loved it. That was so thoughtful, waiting with a 5 year old can be hard, but with her little red car she had fun, ate her popcorn and waited like an angel. Thank you.

I enjoyed everyone that helped me with the process. I was especially thankful for the customer service in the finance department by Ray Garcia. I feel we really made a connection when we were addressing the issue of safety for young female drivers. I will and will continue to tell everyone I know about the great experience we had at Pinnacle Nissan. I hope to be a life long customer.

Doug Bursell made the entire process easy. Love the guy. He explained everything that was needed and why, got me out the door in a quick rental so I could still accomplish a day's worth of work and then had it ready for me minutes after I turned the rental car in. Great service all around.
