Beat the heat this summer by heading down to Patriot's Square Park and checking out CityScape's all-new Surfing on Central beach getaway! From now until Labor Day, you can test out your surfing skills on FlowRider, a simulated surfing attraction, which gives you all the benefits of surfing minus the ocean. An exclusive Wave School will also be opening up for those interested in learning the art of flowriding, along with a free Beach Blanket Film Series, where you can watch some of the greatest surf movies of all time! Open every day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Surfing on Central is one of the best places in Phoenix to cool down this summer!
Those interested in showing off a few tricks on the FlowRider, can purchase a public session (30 minutes) online or at the Surf Shack inside Chloe's Corner for $25. Membership sessions are also available and range from $125 to $375 depending on the number of sessions chosen. Every Thursday night from 6-10 p.m. ladies will receive a buy-one-get-one-free public session, making Surfing on Central a great place to go for a fun night out. In addition to this theme night, every Saturday evening will also host a special Air Waves event featuring DJs and pro-surfer demonstrations for the public to enjoy!
